Dear Sir/Madam,


I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the extremely poor and unprofessional customer service I have received from Livpure. I purchased a Livpure RO Stellar model in October 2024 from Dehradun, Uttarakhand, and recently moved to Aurangabad, Maharashtra. When I attempted to schedule my first free service as per the product's warranty, I faced numerous issues that have caused significant frustration.


Despite repeated calls to the customer care number provided, I was unable to get my service scheduled. After exhausting all options, I was finally able to obtain a number for a local dealer, Mr. Deepak (Phone Number: 8788059839). However, Mr. Deepak answered my call only once, and for the past three days, he has not responded to my repeated attempts to reach him.


On July 31st, 2025, after further delays, I contacted a senior manager at your customer care team, who assured me that my service would be scheduled within 24 hours. It is now August 3rd, and still, no one has contacted me, nor has any service been provided.


This level of service is completely unacceptable. I have wasted several days trying to resolve this issue and have been subjected to unprofessional behavior, including receiving excuses of no relevance to the matter at hand. As a result of this, I was left with no choice but to pay for a local technician to perform the service, even though the product is still under warranty.


I am deeply disappointed by the lack of accountability and urgency shown by Livpure’s customer service, both at the call center and from the local dealers. I am formally requesting the following actions:


  1. A full investigation into the behaviour of your customer service representatives, local dealers, and the senior supervisor involved.
  2. An explanation for the consistent delay and lack of service despite promises made by your team.
  3. Compensation for the inconvenience and additional costs I incurred for a service that should have been provided as part of the warranty.

This experience has been the worst I have encountered with any brand, and I will not hesitate to escalate this issue further if a satisfactory resolution is not provided at the earliest.


I expect a prompt response and immediate action on this matter.
