1/ I’m raising a formal complaint against @Flipkart for service deficiency, repeated delivery failures, and mental harassment. This thread outlines my experience.
2/ I ordered a keyboard from Flipkart with a promised delivery date of 9th July 2025. Since then, the delivery date has been changed multiple times without any valid reason or proper communication.
3/ Updated delivery timeline:
14th July
15th July
16th July
Today is 17th July, and the product is still not delivered. That’s 8 days overdue and counting.
4/ I’ve reached out to Flipkart support multiple times. Every time I was assured it would arrive “within 24 hours.”
Yet there has been:
- No delivery
- No way to contact the delivery agent
- No actionable update
5/ Due to this delay, I suffered:
— Failure of an important project
— Loss of valuable time and mental peace
— Repeated inconvenience in contacting support with no results
6/ This is a serious violation of basic consumer rights.
It constitutes:
i. Deficiency in service
ii. False delivery commitments
iii. Negligence in grievance handling
I am seeking a formal resolution and compensation of ₹10,000 for:
— Wasted time and productivity
— Mental stress caused by negligent service
8/ If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate it legally through the appropriate consumer court channels.
9/ I am ready to share the Order ID and communication records upon request by the concerned authorities.

Delivery delays can occasionally happen due to circumstances beyond the control of the delivery personnel or the service provider. This is quite common in many cases:
  • Food deliveries may sometimes be delayed slightly but are usually delivered within a reasonable time.
  • E-commerce purchases may arrive 2–3 days later than the expected date, especially due to logistics issues, weather conditions, or high order volumes.
Such short delays are generally considered acceptable and fall within a reasonable time frame. However, if there is an unreasonable delay, or if the product or service is not delivered at all, you have every right to take action.
