I am writing this complaint to express my deep dissatisfaction and harassment faced due to the continuous negligence and unprofessional conduct of Y A AUTOMOBILE {(Satnam Traders (TVS Showroom, Ludhiana)}.

I purchased a TVS Sport bike from Y A AUTOMOBILES showroom in April 2025, by exchanging my old Hero Honda CD Deluxe. From the very first day of purchase, I have been facing a serious problem — a continuous “tak-tak” noise from the bike.

When I informed dealer service staff Kapil and inform the owner of dealer, they told me that the issue would be resolved during the first service. However, after getting the first service done at his showroom, the problem remained exactly the same. I was then advised to ride the bike for some more days, but even after 10 days, not only did the problem persist, it worsened — the plastic board on the meter began to break because of the vibration. I had also shared photographs of this with both Kapil and owner of the dealer, and they assured me that the problem would be resolved soon.

Further, around one month ago, the bike also developed another serious issue — petrol leakage. I immediately informed the dealer about this as well, and once again, I was told that both the issues would be resolved during the next service. However, even after getting the bike serviced on 11/10/2025, both problems remained unresolved.

After that, on 14/10/2025, I registered a complaint with TVS Customer Care, explaining the entire matter in detail. The complaint number is 01268992. I was assured that my issue would be resolved shortly, but unfortunately, no action has been taken so far. It appears that my complaint has been ignored or deliberately closed without resolution.

When I did not receive any response from the company for a long time, on the 18th, I lodged a complaint in this matter on the company's email ID, with case no- 01291269 and also lodged a complaint on the National Consumer Helpline, whose complaint number is-8013274. On the behalf of complaint which I filed on the National Consumer Helpline, I got a call from TVS Motor Company's customer care, and they assured me that they would talk to the dealer and get the issue with my bike fixed soon. But after that there is no solution to my problem as till now neither the dealer nor the company has contacted me, nor has my problem been resolved.

This clearly shows that the dealer, in collusion with company officials, has cheated me by selling a defective bike and continuously avoiding proper service.

Sir, the level of harassment and negligence I have faced is unacceptable. I request you to kindly take action against dealer of TVS Showroom and company also and ensure that:

1. Both issues — tak-tak sound and petrol leakage — are resolved permanently at the earliest.

2. The broken plastic meter board is repaired or replaced.

3. Necessary action is taken against the dealer for negligence and possible fraud.
