1/30, 7:13 PM] *Shashwat Shukla*√~: Sir I purchased this laptop HP victus 15 from croma lucknow. On date 28 October 2024. On that day I had gone to take a laptop of lenovo but hp agent in the store preffered me this laptop then I bought it . When I bought in first thing HP agent told me that if you get any laptop related problem you can replace it under 1 year's without any problem. And after few days from buying i started getting blue screen errors, bios error, system update error, automatically battery switch off error, Lagging laptop, and I had an Warranty mismatch issue in which laptop warranty was started from November 2023 which make my belief stronger in believing that this laptop is an order piece but they denied this . After that when I said to return or replace it they said that there is no policy of replacing while at the time of purchase the HP agent said that it will be replaced under 1 year's . The I gone to CSD of the store then they also denied even after purchasing a external warranty worth 14000 . I didn't get any solution. And due to blue screen error I had to reset my laptop 2 time which list my all coding data . After that a key popped up and when I contacted them they said you have to pay for it even in warranty. Even I agreed that time also but after that they said that you have to change all the keys and it cost rs 9000 approx, and sir only 1 key had popped out so they said to change all keys .
And consider if only 5 keys get damages in future then I have to pay upto rs 45000 .which is very much for only 5 keys and it lags sometimes and power off on 6 percent and shows a triangle mark in battery
and I have uncountable errors . That I can't tell sometimes the few keys stop responding and stop responding touchpad also , and sir few keys and touchpad have been changed due to some error after that I am facing much problem... That's why I want to replace this laptop or get full refund.

***MY QUESTION IS THAT WHY DID THEY GAVE FAKE ASSURANCE AND MAKE ME PURCHASE UNUSABLE WARRANTY WORTH A LARGE AMOUNT OF RS 14000.
