I paid a total of ₹46,000 as an advance fee to Maria Homeopathy Medical College, expecting it to secure my seat. But a few days later, I was informed by the manager, Ms. Lincy Viji (Mobile Number: 9345826157), that my seat was canceled because I hadn’t paid the full fees. There was no prior notice or proper explanation for this decision. When I tried to ask for clarification, she abruptly ended the call and has since ignored all my attempts to reach her regarding my refund.

Payment Details:

₹10,000 paid on 15.11.2024 during counselling.

₹11,000 paid on 22.11.2024 during a direct visit to the college.

₹25,000 paid on 27.11.2024 via bank transfer.

Total Paid: ₹46,000.

I've tried multiple times to contact Ms. Lincy Viji through different numbers, but she either doesn’t pick up or hangs up when I mention my refund. I even reached out to the principal, Mr. Dilip Kumar (Mobile Number: 9387738877), but he said it’s not his responsibility and redirected me back to the manager, which has only delayed things further.

I also took this up with the National Consumer Helpline (Docket No: 6789148), but I haven’t received any response from them yet.

This whole situation has been frustrating and completely unprofessional. I was misled into believing my seat was secured, only to have it canceled without any valid reason, and now my money is stuck. I just want my ₹46,000 refunded and some accountability from the college staff for their poor handling of this issue.
