purchased school water bottle from vismaya hyper market on 12/10/25 for my child. very next day took the bottle with water to school and placed on table. bottle slightly laid on the same table then suddenly the bottle cap got broken. we got surprised how this branded product became so much low quality even after paying a good amount for the same.
next day went to vismaya and explained same problem with their customer care and requested them to check with the supplier for replacement or just a get a cap for the product. yesterday on 19/10/25, i visited the shop and asked for the status however they refused to provide a replacement or just to issue a single cap of the bottle. i feel so sad that my child has not able to use a single day of their product.
can i request consumercourt to help on this please
