I am writing to formally request the refund of the admission fees paid to Vibgyor High, Kharghar for my daughter's admission.
Below are the relevant details:

Course Name: Pre-primary (Jr KG)
Date of Admission: March 2022
Date of Admission Cancellation: 15th March 2022
Amount Paid: ₹46,400
Mode of Payment: [Checque No. 97 Cleared on 15 / 03 / 2022 - HDFC Bank]
Despite multiple follow-ups over the past several years, I have not received a refund for the above-mentioned amount. Since the admission was cancelled on the same week and the academic session had not even started, I strongly believe that I am entitled to a full refund.
As per general admission and refund norms, if no classes were attended and cancellation is done well before the session starts, the fee should be refunded with minimal or no deductions.
I request you to kindly look into the matter and initiate the refund process at the earliest.

Section 69. Limitation period.—(1) The District Commission, the State Commission or the National Commission shall not admit a complaint unless it is filed within two years from the date on which the cause of action has arisen.
