I haven't received my order number 208347 that I placed with Ditch the Guilt on 1 Jan 2026 for some chocolate. There is also no response from them on mail or WhatsApp despite my multiple attempts.
They are running a scam and supported by Meta application like insta and Facebook who are not banning the app and for multiple frauds. Neither any action is being taken by consumer forum.
