This is to inform that i have got scammed from the fast tag sale executive of IDFC FRIST BANK FAST TAG and NHAI EMPLOYEE. Let me explain from beginning
On 23 rd of August 2025 I have changed my wind shield due in Mysore . While returning near Ganagoor Toll Plaza, I met with a sales executive of IDFC first Bank FASTag I asked him to change Fasttag before changing, I confirmed with him that if I change my Fasttag, what will happen to my annual pass? His answer was that the pass will reflect to the new pass within 24 hours and local pass would reflect on spot to My New FASTag, and the same thing was informed to me from the lady sitting in the toll Plaza office who regularly makes local passes of my car, but as of now it’s already 4 September 2025, still not yet received. My annual pass reflected to my Fasttag . I tried to contact IDFC first bank customer care services and NHAI customer care services. I contacted IDFC first bank services with the with the person named Ayush on the number 1800 266 9970, and she informed that the party standing near Ganagoor Toll Plaza is third party sales executive. IDFC. First bank is not responsible for any kind of loss of annual toll pass . This conversation was made on 4 September 2025. Even I contacted NHAI customer care services on the number 1033. I spoke around 25 to 30 minutes with customer service provider. He he didn’t resolve my problem. He just said wait for the governments reply. It’s not a private entity. I just got scammed from those people by giving me wrong information now due to third-party sales executive of IDFC, first bank and employee of NHAII lost my 3000 annual pass even than I wouldn’t check my SMS, but I have travelled 3 to 4 times through Ganagoor Toll Plaza, I had made many expenses even after making annual pass for my Fasttag of ₹3000, I have spent more than thousand rupees. I have record of all the travels I made in my IDFC first bank Fasttag history, I will share my all screenshot and attach to this so that it will be convenient you to resolve my problem now. I just request that my annual pass to my new Fasttag as soon as possible, and let the IDFC first bank, our NHAI, anyone of them would pay my all the expenses I have made on the Toll Plaza and for the New Fasttag pass, which I paid ₹550 for duplication of passes and porting of passes near Ganagoor Toll Plaza, I request my honourable court to resolve my problem as soon as possible
