I was a victim of an online shopping scam involving fake product no refund.I have tried to resolve the issue through the platform’s customer service but did not receive any proper response.

I would like to file an official complaint through the consumer court.

I have ordered 3 jeans @1500 ruppees but got a dirty pajama in a parcel.
I want my money as refund by that company.

Many sellers aggressively like Eliradenim promote their cheap and sub-standard products through visually appealing advertisements across various social media platforms. These advertisements are often designed to mislead, showcasing the product in a highly attractive manner while offering it at unusually low prices to entice customers. Although these sellers do deliver a product—often of substandard quality or different from what was advertised—they do so deliberately to avoid criminal liability, such as being charged under cybercrime laws which typically apply in cases of non-delivery after payment.


As a result, many consumers feel discouraged from pursuing legal remedies, considering the consumer forum process to be cumbersome. However, if a consumer does proceed to file a complaint before the consumer forum and claims substantial compensation—highlighting unfair trade practices, misleading advertisements, and mental harassment—there is a significant possibility of obtaining favorable relief. This is especially true if the seller fails to appear or respond to the proceedings, as the forum may proceed ex parte and grant compensation accordingly.
