Subject: Complaint against Nangia Suzuki Services, Dhantoli, Nagpur - 440012 for unauthorized usage of service coupons, Breach of Trust and fraudulent practice.



Respected Sir/Madam,



I am writing to bring to your formal notice a fraudulent incident regarding my vehicle, a Suzuki Access 125, purchased on 1st January 2026 in the name of Mrs. Mangala Bhave.

The details of the incident are as follows:



On the date of 05 March 2026, I visited to Jaimal Suzuki Service Center, Central Avenue, Nagpur - 440008. to get my vehicle serviced, I found out & told by the Manager that their software already showed the service as completed. After learning this, I then headed to the dealership where I bought the scooty to clear up this discrepancy.



"My vehicle was entitled to four 4 free services as per the purchase agreement.

On 20 January 2026, I received a call from Nangia Suzuki Services, Dhantoli, Nagpur - 440012 regarding my first service. I explicitly denied for the coupon punching and informed them that I would visit at a later date, as the vehicle was driven only 300-350 Kms.



Despite my explicit refusal on call, the service center staff intentionally and fraudulently "punched" my 1st Free Service Coupon in their digital records without the vehicle being present and without my authorization. This is a clear case of falsifying records to claim service credits from the company.



Admission of Misconduct: During a meeting at the showroom, Service Manager Bhanu Mehar, and Telesales Executive Shraddha admitted to the mistake and apologized multiple times.



Management's Intervention: After I refused their apology and decided to take legal action, the Management, Neha Nangia, intervened and promised a solution by 08:30 PM to 09:00 PM on the same day (06 March 2026) (Telephonic).



Fraudulent Claims: Instead of a solution, Service Manager Bhanu Mehar called me at 06:47 PM, falsely claiming that punching coupons without customer’s approval/consent is "company policy. Which is a blatant lie to trap innocent customers.

I asked him to Mail the telephonic communication in written via company’s official Mail ID.

Before that, he gave the solution to"reset the software history," which is a clear attempt to destroy digital evidence of their malpractice.

The Management, Neha Nangia, failed to provide the solution, causing me extreme mental stress, loss of time, and anxiety since the Service Manager’s call.

Financial Loss:
My rightful free service benefit has been punched/exhausted without any work being done on the vehicle.



Service Record Tampering:
My vehicle’s digital maintenance history now reflects a service that never happened, which may affect my future warranty and resale value.



Mental Harassment:
I have had to waste my valuable time and energy following up on this unauthorized act, causing significant mental distress and inconvenience.



Demand for Resolution & Compensation:
Through this complaint, I demand the following from the dealership:





Immediate Restoration of my 1st Free Service coupon in the official Suzuki database.

Written Apology on the dealership’s official letterhead admitting the unauthorized entry.

Compensation of Rs. 50,000/- for the mental harassment, loss of time, and the stress caused by this fraudulent activity. And this won’t happen to any customer now onwards.



One Year add on Complimentary Service as a gesture of goodwill for the breach of trust.



I request you to kindly note this complaint. I am also submitting a copy of this to Suzuki Motorcycle India.
