Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to bring to your attention that a total amount of ₹82,000 (₹42,000 + ₹40,000) has been placed on hold in my SBI account [Account Number: 37763326501

I have not received any clear communication or justification regarding this hold. During my visit/call to the branch/customer service, I was informed verbally but bank guys just time passing .but no official reason or documentation has been provided.

I kindly request:

A clear explanation in writing regarding why these funds are on hold.

The timeline by which this issue will be resolved.

Immediate release of the amount if there is no valid/legal reason for the hold. I want to file case on bank and manager

Please treat this matter as urgent.
