I am using sbi credit card from few months, penalties and interests are too much. So i want to do a one time settlement. I told their tele callers to send field agent to my home and I want to do settlement but instead they provoked me, used very bad words and we both exchanged a heated discussion. This is pure harassment. This is not the way to talk even after am saying will do settlement. I want to file complaint in consumer court, how to proceed further. I have the mobile number which the agent called me from but dont have recording since the call happened in whatsapp. Any suggestions on how to proceed?
