I ordered a bag from saxon bags. There were no updates from their side regarding shipping. I had to send multiple emails for the same. Once the bag was delivered I realised it was the wrong product. I immediately informed them of the same the same day. It was the bag in a different colour. Again, I received no replies . I had to send multiple emails and WhatsApp messages for the issue. I was asked to fill an online form for a formal complaint. They then proceeded to ask me to send the bag to them. I asked about the refund/ reimbursement process for the same. Post which even after multiple messages and emails I did not receive any replies. It
