I have a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 which I bought in May 2023 and just after completing one year, in July 2024, I started seeing a black line in the middle of the fold screen and eventually it expanded and the screen stopped working. I went to the service center and raised a complaint however they told us that the phone is out of warranty and asked us to pay about 49000 Rupees to get it repaired. They agreed that this particular model has an issue with screen bleeding however they could not do anything as it is out of warranty. I raised complaint with their CEO team however they were not ready to replace the phone. I want to raise complaint against Samsung and get a refund of the phone cost or get it replaced with a new phone, different model, as repairing is not an option due to manufacturing defect of Fold 4 which is accepted by Samsung themselves.
