I had purchased the samsung ac from the flipkart company on 22 September 2025. I had register the complaints to flipkart customer service 5 times for not receiving my product But it still didnt receive the product and without my consent they cancelled the product and processed the refund amount. My complaint was to send the product which i had ordered and i didnt want the refund because there is a price issue of new order for same product but they totally refused to resend the product.
