I ordered a Samsung Side By Side Refrigerator 653L Capacity from Reliance Digital Store, Ambala City, Haryana on 29th September,2025 which was supposed to be delivered by 2nd October, 2025 as mentioned in the invoice. The Reliance Store has generated one more invoice without my permission on 3rd October, 2025 which mentioned the delivery of the product on 4th October, 2025. The product has not been delivered until today i.e. 9th October, 2025. I have received so many calls regarding the delivery of Qed Mini LED instead of refrigerator which was not at all ordered by me. The Store is not addressing my query and is handling the situation in a poor way. They are not providing me the manufacturer details neither the shipment/delivery details.
