Product which I received from Flipkart is not working properly. There is a something wrong with this.
On 9 Jan 2025 I placed an order of Noise Buds VS102 Neo. I'm glad with the delivery experience and this package was received by my mother and she wasn't checked by her properly.
When I checked these noise buds, and found that at full volume, if I'm hearing any music and video clip. It is clear, the person next to me is able to hear.
So when I reached out to the flipkart customer executive she clearly denied.
This is the manufacturing defect or bad music experience.
So please look into this.
