I ordered one plus pad go on Amazon on 15 th December 2024 and it was delivered on 16th December 2024 and saw it had missing sim card port and it was defective too.. therefore I returned the “EXACT SAME PRODUCT” on
 
I returned the product on 25th December 2024 and they too return but they are not giving refund they are saying as per their investigation I have given wrong product then I asked them to at least give my product back they refused that also now I lost 20999 inr and one plus pad go too.. 20999 is not even a small amount so please help me!! I have been scammed by them.

I requested them several times to share their investigation.. I don’t know what they are hiding, they are not sharing it. Please help me I have all records and guide me for filing a case.
