The order number is 40257368323890711 (venom iron metal wall anchor) delivered on 31st may. Next day I tried to return the order as the description of the product was wrong, and it was eligible for return and replacement, but when I tried to make request their was no option coming up for return. I called the team and it was also not connecting. Then I got connected through prime tea and they initiated for return. Almost 15 days have passed no body came to pick the order. I connected them 4 to 5 time and every time they told me that the guy will come just wait for 2 day. Kindly look into this.

I ordered a 3-piece Kamilant American Tourister trolley bag set from Amazon (Order ID: 403-0319751-0159578) on April 28, 2025. However, I received only one large-sized bag instead of the full set. I initiated a return and returned the same item that was delivered to me.

The return was picked up by Amazon’s delivery partner on May 14, 2025. After that, Amazon claimed that I returned the wrong item and denied the refund of ₹5,999.
