Dear Sir,
This is to formally inform you of the facts of my grievance against Ola Electric Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and to request you to proceed with filing a consumer complaint before the appropriate Consumer Forum.
Brief facts are as under:
I purchased an Ola S1 Pro electric scooter for a consideration of ₹1,45,000/-.
Due to malfunction, the vehicle was handed over to Ola Electric’s authorized service center at Makarba, Ahmedabad on 04/11/2025.
Despite repeated follow-ups, no proper repair update or delivery timeline was provided.
I lodged a complaint on the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) portal on 13/12/2025.
The said complaint was closed by Ola Electric stating that the vehicle was repaired and delivered on 27/12/2025, which is factually incorrect as the vehicle was never delivered to me.
On 28/12/2025, I received an SMS from Ola Electric scheduling a service appointment for 29/12/2025 at Ola Experience Centre, Sarkhej, Ahmedabad, which directly contradicts their claim of delivery.
The above facts clearly establish deficiency in service, false reporting, and unfair trade practice.
I request you to kindly proceed with filing a consumer complaint seeking the following reliefs:
Refund of ₹1,45,000/-
Compensation of ₹1,00,000/- for mental harassment and inconvenience
Litigation costs and other appropriate reliefs
A ready-to-file draft of the consumer complaint and supporting documents shall be provided for your perusal. Kindly advise if any modification is required and initiate necessary legal action at the earliest.
