Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I brought an AC (Air Condition) on 12th Aug'2025 with 5 Year Comprehensive Warranty, on 23rd Nov'2025 there have some noise inside the AC. I raise a complaint on same date, and someone came and told that swing motor should be relace and it will take 7-10 days.
But till date the part not replaced, nor anyone came to resolve the issue. please find the mail communication for same.
