This is to bring to your notice that I have mistakenly transferred an excess amount to my credit card account. I kindly request you to please process the refund of the excess amount and credit the same to my bank account mentioned below.
This is extremely concerning. I had made an excess payment of ₹44,547.88 by mistake, and without my consent, you initiated the loan closure process and applied taxes and pre-closure charges.
How can a loan be closed without the customer’s approval?
I have always paid my dues on time and have never delayed any payment. A mistaken excess payment does not authorize the bank to close my loan or levy additional charges without my written consent.
The manner in which this matter is being handled is highly unprofessional and disappointing. I request you to immediately stop the loan closure, reverse all unauthorized charges, and clearly confirm my correct outstanding balance after adjusting the excess payment.
Further, on 10th December, your IndusInd Bank team confirmed that ₹35,923.65 would be refunded to me under Service Request No. 73010032945, with a commitment that the amount would be processed within seven working days. As requested, I submitted all documents, including my bank statement, cancelled cheque, and bank details in PDF format.
However, despite this, your customer support team is now stating that the refund was cancelled due to non-submission of bank statement, which is completely incorrect. There has been no written communication or email informing me of any such issue, even after multiple follow-ups.
Helpline says refund can’t be processed due to no bank statement, but I’ve already submitted it on the same mail ID.
Backend team refusing to release ₹35,923.65 and now saying they’ll deduct it to ₹34,000 without consent.
Calls disconnected as they have no answers.
All documents already submitted.
