Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Mazher Shaik. I recently purchased a double‑door locker (Almaari) from your supplier and made the full payment at the time of purchase. However, I was not provided with an official invoice; instead, I only received a quotation.

Additionally, the product delivered to me is damaged. I have requested a refund, replacement, or repair, but the supplier has been uncooperative and disrespectful. He has refused to address the issue and stated that we may “do whatever we can,” which reflects a disregard for customer rights and applicable consumer protection laws.

I kindly request that strict action be taken against the supplier. I also ask that the damaged product be replaced, repaired, or refunded as per consumer rights.
