Dear Zara PVR Team,

I am writing to request immediate action regarding the return and refund of my recent purchase (Order ID: ZA12405) from zarapvr store, placed on November 23, 2024, and delivered on November 27, 2024.

Upon receiving the order, which consisted of two pairs of pants, I initiated a return request on November 28, 2024), as per the return policy. I followed up via email at zarapvrcontact@gmail.com on November 27th, and 28th, yet I have not received any response.

I kindly request your immediate attention to process the refund of Rs. 999 at the earliest, as this delay is causing inconvenience. Please confirm the status of my request or provide guidance on any further action required from my end to expedite the process.

We have checked the website Zarapvr and not found the address details. They only mentioned the E-Mail ID zarapvrcontact@gmail.com
I suggest you to contact the bank via E-Mail and ask for the merchant details zarapvr.

For any legal action, physical address is required.
