Dear Flipkart Support Team,
I am Rajendra Swain, a student from Bhubaneswar, Odisha. I purchased Samsung Galaxy A35 5G (Order ID: OD436747135054894200) with great financial difficulty for my studies and online classes.
From the first day, the phone has been defective. While playing music or videos, the backside vibrates abnormally, and the phone hangs frequently. My brother has the same model, and his device does not have this issue. So clearly, my unit is defective.
I do not want to go into legal complications. I am only requesting a genuine replacement.
However, the technician assigned repeatedly called asking only for OTP instead of physically inspecting the device. Without proper inspection, false updates were marked stating that I refused service. This is very painful and unfair for a student like me.
I respectfully request:
I am a regular Flipkart customer and trust your platform. Please do not put me under mental stress. I only request a fair replacement.
Kindly resolve this matter urgently.

- Please send a genuine technician for proper physical inspection at my home.
- Please do not cancel the request based on false updates.
- If possible, arrange a conference call with me and the technician so everything is transparent.
- If doorstep inspection is not possible, kindly provide your Odisha office/service center address so I can personally visit and get the phone inspected properly.
I am a regular Flipkart customer and trust your platform. Please do not put me under mental stress. I only request a fair replacement.
