I am writing to formally raise a complaint against Excitel Broadband regarding the delay in processing my refund, despite their promise to refund within 45 days.

My connection details are as follows:

  • Connection Username: 1410018119
The company assured me that once all required devices were submitted, I would receive a refund within 45 days. However, it has now been over 45 days, and despite several follow-ups with Excitel, I have not received the promised refund.

Each time I contact them, I am told that the refund will be processed due to “technical issues” and that the refund will now be made within 90 days. This is a clear delay, and the constant excuses are causing significant frustration.

Given the situation, I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter and ensuring that my refund is processed in a timely manner as initially promised.
