Dear Sir,
I have purchase the ORAIMO FreePods Pro earbuds from Online on 07.06.2024 worth Rs. 1999.
The earbuds was stop working properly so we have submitted the same on 15 December, 2024 at laxminagar service center.
After 15 days of submission they have informed that there is no more manufacturing of same earbuds and in that place they have offered Oraimo FreePods Lite earbuds are priced at ₹999, which is significantly lower in value compared to my original product, priced at ₹1999. Additionally, the sound quality of the replacement product does not match the performance of my original earbuds. The service center provided this product in loose form which has already lots of scratches.
After so many visit to service center, call and emailed to oraimo there is no response. They are forcing to take Oraimo FreePods Lite earbuds which are valued of ₹999.
On 03.02.2025 they refused to give any earbuds. There is no response from any call or email, it was so much harassing from the side of company and service center, they are not listening and now they refuse to give any earbuds and says whenever you want to go, you may go. I am a working person and i have visited 10 times to service center and every time i got loss of approx Rs. 5000 per visit to service center due to travelling and lost on office work.
Please do help and get me refund of money or replacement with same or higher product and also to extend the warranty of the product.
