I am writing to raise a formal complaint against Eureka Forbes regarding my water purifier service request (Complaint No: CM-300126-65966170).
Despite multiple follow-ups and repeated emails, no technician has visited my location. The water filter has completely stopped working and we currently have no drinking water at home.
This delay is unacceptable, especially for an essential product like a water purifier. There has been no proper response, no resolution timeline, and no accountability from the service team.
I request immediate service support and resolution. If this issue is not addressed urgently, I will be forced to escalate this matter further through appropriate consumer forums.
