I am writing this email to formally raise a complaint regarding the ongoing network issue in our area, which I am facing for the fourth time now. I have already sent multiple emails earlier, but unfortunately, every time I am forced to send reminders as the issue remains unresolved.

It has come to our notice that the local tower management has intentionally switched off the Jio tower, which is causing severe network disruption. This raises a serious concern about how Jio is monitoring and tracking the operational status of its towers.

Our village has a large Jio user base:



  • Approx. 900+ Jio mobile connections
  • Approx. 100+ Jio Fiber connections
Due to continuous negligence and lack of permanent resolution, customers are now highly dissatisfied. If this issue is not resolved at the earliest, we will be forced to switch to another network provider. Additionally, we may also share our feedback and experience on social media and other public platforms.

We request Jio to take this matter seriously and arrange immediate inspection and corrective action for the tower to ensure uninterrupted services.
