Dear Sir/Madam,
I am filing this complaint against Flipkart and its seller Foxsky regarding a defective TV and continued mental harassment.
I had ordered a Foxsky 43” QLED 4K Smart TV via Flipkart (Order ID: OD334665511706102100), delivered on 14th June 2025. Upon installation, the technician confirmed that the screen had defects. I immediately raised a replacement request.
After several delays and false promises, a replacement TV was finally delivered on 19th July 2025 — but this too arrived physically damaged.
Despite cooperating and waiting patiently for over a month, I have received two damaged TVs, and I have lost complete trust in both the brand and Flipkart.
Let me be very clear: I purchased the product from Flipkart, so I hold Flipkart responsible for the refund, not the seller. Their internal terms are not my concern as a consumer.
Please take urgent action under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or I will escalate this to the District Consumer Forum for legal action.

Full refund of the purchase amount (not another replacement)
