Apartment Association has done repairs in the Roof. They are asking me to pay 50% of the cost as we are owning a flat in 4th Floor. They are not agreeing to consider the Roof as a common area.
Association has informed me they will disconnect water and electricity if I do not pay the Repairs at Roof.
Please let me know Repairs cost in the Roof should be borne by the Top Floor owners or it should be distributed among all flats. Please suggest
