I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received regarding my Vivo Z1 Pro mobile phone. The display of my phone was damaged, and I visited the Vivo service center on January 15, 2025. After a lengthy conversation, they reluctantly accepted my phone for repair on January 31, 2025.

Later, I was informed that the phone could not be repaired because parts is not available and they can't avail it permanently, and I was offered a 20% discount on a new Vivo phone in exchange for my Z1 Pro. I declined this offer as it would require me to sacrifice additional money, time, and effort to adapt to a new system, whereas my Z1 Pro is easy to use and meets my needs.

Since then, I feel that vivo has been avoiding addressing my concerns and grinding me between customer care and service centre. I kindly request a proper resolution to this issue.
