My complaint is for deficiency and quality of service provided by PSPCL, my following letter is self sufficient to explain my nature of Complaint, any suitable penalty must be imposed on responsible.

Very sad to inform you that my complaint still Not resolved complaint number 97704429 , the complaint was closed sitting in office even without asking about the nature of Complaint The Complaint was reopened and SDO was informed. Even then it was closed again.
There are people living in area with single phased meter and are not educated enough to make online complaint. All approach me.
And this is regular feature after few days the same situation arises. If you see my complaint logs you will know how frequently these complaints are raised by me and others connected to this T/F .
Please rectify it completely or change T/F or jumpers, your lineman normally Ranjit visits and do small adjustments and problem remains
This is giving sleepless nights and without water .
I will raise my complaint to consumer forum for deficiency in services if not rectified upto my satisfaction.
