repair 1:
I have been facing an issue with my refrigerator for one month. I see there is no proper resolution to my issue . I see at least 4 people have visited my place and are saying some different issues.
I got a call from samsung manager name surya teja (9000899201) and he was speaking very rude with me stating why did you bought resq for refrigerator at reliance if you buy with us we shall do repair at free of cost else you pay money then we will visit else we are closing it you can reach out anyone i will not do repair without money. And I see no response from your side( reliance side also in conference in same call) they are not at all speaking when he is shouting at me. Why should i get scolding from the people even when I have resq paid already and i am in warranty.Especially i feel reliance is not at all giving value to a customer.
repair 2:
i brought an AC LG 1.5 star non wifi (for same price i am getting with wifi at vijay sales).I am facing cooling issue from the day of installation and the resq have reached my hyd house 3 times and did filling gas and saying gas leakage . yesterday 4th time they filled the gas , saying the gas was leaking.I am asking for a replacement for this product i bought on 12 feb 2025 in this 4 months i have seen a cooling issue 4 times. still there is no response from the team.
Do reliance selling failure products and making fools to customers like us?
I am not seeing any proper response from the reliance team at all.Treating a valuable customer like us is very bad . From today I will not suggest reliance to any one from my side.
