I purchased a Hisense 40” Smart TV (Model 40A4N) from Reliance Digital on 30 June 2025 for ₹15,999.
Within just one month of purchase, on 3 August 2025, the TV stopped working completely. A Reliance technician visited on 9 August and confirmed the sensor was damaged. Since then, my life has been a nightmare dealing with Reliance Digital’s so-called “customer support.”
For over 30 days, I have been subjected to:
Would Reliance Digital have allowed me to take a TV home and tell them “I will pay you in 30 days, please wait 24–48 hours”? Absolutely not. But when it comes to customers, they think we are fools.
This is not just bad service — it is deficiency in service, misrepresentation, harassment, and false advertising.
I have already filed a Consumer Court case against Reliance Digital & Hisense, and I am also preparing to approach the media and police for cheating and mental harassment.
Reliance Digital should be ashamed of treating customers this way. A brand this big playing with customers’ time, money, and mental health is disgraceful.

- No actual repair, no refund, no replacement.
- Calls being disconnected whenever I ask for escalation.
- False promises made by their CEO Desk, even though their own policy states “Level 2 grievances will be resolved within 24–48 hours.”
- Standard template replies, and complete failure to provide any concrete update.
Would Reliance Digital have allowed me to take a TV home and tell them “I will pay you in 30 days, please wait 24–48 hours”? Absolutely not. But when it comes to customers, they think we are fools.
