Hi,
I requested the home loan to bank from HDFC website, bank representative Mr. Sabuj Mondal (sabujm@hdfcsales.com) called me and requested all the necessary details from me via email. I sent the email to him on 23rd Aug at 5:15 PM on sabujm@hdfcsales.com email ID. The documents which I have given are
1. Salary slips for the last 3 months.
2. Bank e-statements for the last 6 months (salary account)
3. A copy of the KYC documents (Aadhaar card, pan card, passport etc.)
4. A passport size photograph
5. A copy of the Form 16 of previous year
6. Land deed document which I am going to buy, which has clear location of the land
After Providing all the documents to Mr. Sabujm and made the phone call to me over the phone for more than an hour he processed the application with assurances that my all documents and CIBIL score is excellent I will get the loan and charged the fee of Rs. 3894/- . After that Mr. BANIBRATA ROY contact number ( 9088094847) and Arundhati Banerjee were in contact with me and they rejected my loan application by stating that land is in coastal areas where bank don't provide loan.
Grievance: Bank has all the information where they provide the loan then why my application got processed, it should be declined at the initial level before charging money from me. I request bank to refund my money with interest of 10% which they are not.
Requesting to the court of honour to get my money refunded back
