I have bought Carrier AC 1.5 ton from Dharampeth branch of Reliance Digital on 24th June. It got delievered and installed but it was faulty item. So they asked me to buy stabilizier so I did it for rs 4000. Then they said will replce AC and from that day means more than 10 days its in process. When i asked them they just share other persons number. Totaly frustrated please help.

We understand that the Reliance Digital has not responded to you properly and delaying the replacement process, despite they have already escalate the issue with higher authorities to change change the AC.

In such a situation, we suggest that you proceed by sending a legal notice to the Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of the Reliance Digital, formally requesting a resolution of your issue and replace the AC at earliest. Kindly allow them a 10-day period to respond to the notice.

If you do not receive any response within this timeframe, please revert to us. We will then guide you through the process of filing a case in the Consumer Forum.
