Respected Sir,
My name is Yusra Hasan. I insured Health Insurance from Star Health Insurance as the Young Star Plans for 3 years.
I admitted in the ICU for the sudden detonation in the health in the Sanjeevan Hospital, Delhi. When I admitted in the hospital, then hospital put the cashless claim. But it was denial. When I claimed Reimbursement Claim, then this is rejected. They are saying we didn't submit first prescription. I submitted all documents with doctor's prescription as well. But they rejected. Same process did to my daughter's policy as well.
Please do needful. I am disappointed.

We have reviewed the details you mentioned, even after submitting all the documents they asked, but the the utter shocked and surprise, the claim was rejected by giving lame excuses. In this scenario, we only suggest you to file a case against them in the Consumer Forum
