Dear Sir,
my loan account number is RJJPKHTW01079. The registration number of my two wheeler is RJ-41 SK-9620. My first EMI cheque got bounced, after which I deposited Rs. 4550 on 9 December 2024 and got auto pay started over the phone. All my EMIs get debited every month date of 5. But my CIBIL is showing 4187 rupees overdue. After talking to the customer care, they told me that one of my cheques was issued in June 2025 due to which it is showing overdue. When my mandate is on then why did you apply for cheque when all my EMIs are regular. Please remove the overdue from my CIBIL report. I am sending all the screenshots and bank statements of all my EMIs being debited.
I had taken a two-wheeler loan from Hinduja Finance whose entire EMI is being deducted from the account but still my CIBIL is showing an overdue of Rs 4187 due to which my CIBIL score is getting affected. I have talked to customer care and branch manager many times and also sent emails but to no avail. Apart from me there are other people also who are facing this issue. Due to this I am getting mentally very distracted and I am facing problem in getting a car loan. I am attaching the EMI deduction and other documents.
Please request you to take action against Hinduja Finance.
