I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent order through flipkart, as I have received a completely incorrect product.
I ordered 4 × 5-liter dishwash liquid cans, but instead of the ordered items, I was delivered a low-value bar soap worth approximately ₹10. This is not a minor mismatch but a completely different and unacceptable product, which strongly feels like a scam.What is even more disappointing is that I attempted to initiate a return through flipkart, but no delivery agent has arrived for the pickup, despite multiple attempts. This has caused significant inconvenience and frustration, I request you to please take this issue seriously and investigate what went wrong, and also i don’t this situation for anyone else in future, along with a clear explanation of the failure in delivery and return pickup.Please treat this matter with urgency and provide a prompt response.
