Hello Sir,
I paid Rs 6500 for GTPL Broadband Connection on 19th Jan 2026 and Sales Executive said it will be activated by today itself. It's been 4 days and still the internet service is not activated. I raised complained 2 times but didn't resolve and they are giving the silly reason the account is suspend due to payment, but I paid upfront fully at day one. I am trying to contact Sales Executive since two days visa call and msg but no response. I asked her to cancel my account and give me refund for this issue. After reaching out multiple times they activate my account and start the internet services. Meanwhile I activated another company plans as i was in need of internet so getting loss of 7 thousand. Please check this issue. I have been calling the sales person since 2 days and msg her but no response, also no response from GTPL.
