That I purchased KTM Duke 250 on 4th April 2025 from S.B. Automobiles Near Mohan Park or Mezban Hotel Chambaghat Solan H.P. 176116 thereafter my bike was giving weird noises so thereafter I went to the Service Center of the concerned Seller to get the bike checked from the concerned service center, but nothing has been done by them till date further I went to the service center 3 (three) times i.e. 25.04.2025, 16.05.2025 & 19.05.2025 but the concerned mechanic at the service center is not able to solve my issue for the reason best known to them therefore I most humbly submit that action should be taken against the Opposite Party for the reason that bike I purchased was in the month of April 2025 and within the period of just one month my bike has started giving me mechanical issues that are untraceable by the mechanics of the concerned service center hence my hard earned money from which I Purchased the aforementioned bike has now gone to total waste therefore I pray that heavy cost may very kindly be imposed on the company as well as the seller of the bike i.e. S.B. Automobiles for selling the defected bike to me

HAS CARRIED OUT FAULTY SERVICE AND CHARGED Rs. 44000, IT HAS CAUSED INCONVENIENCE TO ME FOR TAKING MORE THAN 15 DAYS TO CARRY OUT REPAIR OF A DEFECT WHICH WAS NOT ATTRIBUTABLE TO THE NATURE OF FAULT.
