Dear Airtel Customer Care,

I am writing to report an issue with my Airtel number 9211200712. On 22nd December at 7:00 AM, I recharged with the ₹49 offer pack that clearly mentioned 7 days validity of data. I also received a confirmation message for the recharge.

However, to my surprise, the very next day the pack had already expired. This is highly disappointing and appears to be a fraudulent deduction of services, as the promised validity was not honored.

I request you to kindly look into this matter urgently, restore the benefits of my recharge, and ensure such discrepancies do not occur again. I have attached the confirmation message image for your reference.
