I Dr Vikram Garg working as General Surgeon at private hospital patiala hereby want to inform u that I bought a Maruti Dzire Zxi plus car from Hira Automobiles LTD 13-B Factory area Rajbaha Road Patiala Patiala 147001 on 14th of July 2025 which cost me around 11.60 lakh
I got my car fixed with temporary number at time of delivery as I want to get my choice number (permanent registration).
Even after 45 days of wait after car delivery I was not able to get permanent registration number for which I called salesperson of Hira automobiles on 50th day of car delivery i.e. on 4 September 2025. He calling, earlier he told me that I shall tell you in sometime. He called me after sometime and told that you are already alloted permanent registration number four days back.
When I asked him how is it possible, he has only one reply that what can I do sir now.
This is what is unprofessional conduct what I faced at this dealership.
Getting choice of this permanent registration number is right of every person .
I fixed temporary number on my car and waited so long only to get choice number but these people have no respect for someone’s feelings .
Secondly it was my right to get my choice number .
I also registered compliant in their office but nothing was done. Complaint reference number is A1897180728
Kindly look into the matter .
