Subject: Regarding in my commercial vehicle BR01GQ1092 Problem not solve in 41 days in
service center.
I'm Arti Jha, I inform that the New Maxx Pickup HD 1.7L Purchased from Kiran Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. Patna, Bihar, Date - 29/07/2025, first service completed at 9000km date - 09/09/2025, but 11 days after problem create check Light engine related then contact in service center date -23/09/2025, service center work in change diesel filter and clean diesel tank & hand over my vehicle with bill, bill amount - 1700/-, date - 24/09/2025 evening time - 6:00PM, but
25/09/2025 at 10:00PM again check light engine start then I had again contacted with the service advisor, Vehicle again come to Kiran Automobiles Pvt. Ltd.'s Service center on date -26/09/2025 to today 21/10/2025. I had already contacted with more Mahindra customer care & Kiran automobile's service manager & General Manager but my problem had not solved at that time to this time. My commercial vehicle maximum time stay in service center. How can I earn money, How can I pay finance, and How can I pay driver's Salary? I'm tired from contacting with
Kiran automobiles manager and Mahindra customer care. Vehicle is under warranty right now. Company demand for engine parts replacement charge 1.4Lacs.
Now, I think that Mahindra Service is very Worst, Bad and Delay. I'm getting Mental Harassment, Financial Loss and Physical Loss.
Your Service Center doesn't gives the proper date for clearing and solving my fault.
