This company appears to have fake positive reviews. My experience with Regalo Kitchens has been extremely disappointing and stressful.
They promised a 15-year warranty, but it seems completely fake. I raised an official complaint in June 2025, and even after 6+ months (till December 2025), it is still unresolved.
The issue is very cabinet hinges are faulty some hardware issues, no resolution, and no proper response. There is no after-sales service at all once payment is done.
I strongly feel this is a fraud company that only focuses on sales and marketing, not on honoring warranties or customer commitments.
Strongly not recommended. Please be careful before booking.

Even after months, not a single direct reply has been received from Regalo Kitchens. They have seen my messages and emails, but they did not even send a basic response such as asking about the issue or proposing a visit.
The only time they replied was publicly on Google, which clearly appears to be done only for maintaining public image, not for actually resolving the customer’s problem. There was no follow-up call, email, or message after that public reply.
This clearly shows how the company works:
• Messages are seen but ignored
• Emails to head office and official IDs are not answered
• Public replies are posted, but real issues are completely ignored
Once the payment is taken, the customer is left chasing endlessly. Even problems acknowledged at the time of installation remain unresolved for months.
Based on my experience and evidence, this behavior is misleading and irresponsible. The company seems focused on sales and public image, not on after-sales service or honoring commitments. Please be extremely cautious.
Its been 9-10 months since i complaint but still they are doing time pass no one resolved the issue but ignoring i have been there recent google reviews more than 50+ reviews shows same issue regarding the company service this seems a scam taking full money with false promise of 15 year warrenty and then stop responding to clients
