Hello All,
I booked a modular kitchen from Regalo Kitchens Pvt. Ltd. During finalization, I selected Tandem Box drawers with glass sides for the pantry, which was confirmed through WhatsApp as well.
However, the company installed plain pantry drawers instead. I have written proof of my selection and photos of the installed drawers.
Despite multiple follow-ups and escalation, no proper solution has been provided. Instead of addressing the matter professionally, I have experienced dismissive and disrespectful behaviour, including remarks that are inappropriate and uncalled for. Such conduct is unacceptable and does not reflect professional standards.
I request that the company focus on resolving the issue rather than questioning my integrity. If this behaviour continues, I will place all communication on record and proceed accordingly.
