We recently subscribed to a JioFiber Business connection with a one-year package under Order Ref No: EO0000021UPM, dated 07 May 2025, 13:30:57 IST. The connection is registered under ANVI Technical Advisors India Private Limited, with the following address:
404, 4th Floor, Mayfair Garden, Road No. 12, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad.
Unfortunately, our experience with Jio’s service has been extremely disappointing. The technical issues we have faced, coupled with the unprofessional responses and lack of accountability from your team, have left us with no choice but to terminate the connection and opt for an alternative provider.

Key Issues Faced:

  1. Technical Problems Since Installation:
    • The connection has been problematic from the start.
    • Despite multiple requests, the team responsible for the installation has failed to resolve the issue.
  2. Unfulfilled Commitments:
    • On several occasions, your team assured us that the issue would be addressed promptly. However, no one showed up, even after making us wait the entire day.
    • Tickets raised for resolution were closed without resolving the issue.
  3. Unacceptable Response from Jio Representative:
    • A representative, Mr. Shiva (9182562630), mentioned If we cancel the connection, won't get any amount paid in advance and If we still wish to disconnect, can go ahead.
    • This response is unprofessional and completely unacceptable.
    • Further Mr Shiva says he is on leave and asked to call Mr Srikanth (9347453101) who followed up like anything has done the installation. Infact we we asked to make the payment to his personal account (chat screenshot attached for both chats)

Our Decision:

Given the poor service and lack of resolution, we have decided to terminate our JioFiber connection and have already initiated the process to take a connection from Airtel (they conveyed they will activate the connection in just 24 hours).

Request for Refund:

We request a 100% refund of the amount paid in advance for the one-year package, as the service has not been delivered as promised. The failure to address the issues and provide the agreed level of service justifies our request for a full refund.

  3. Screenshot of Mr Srikanth who asked us to make the payment in his personal account where we made the payment as well.
We expect your team to process the refund at the earliest without further delay. Please confirm the refund process and timeline immediately. If this matter is not resolved to our satisfaction, we will be compelled to escalate it to consumer forums and other relevant authorities.

We noticed that you are facing the similar problem that has already been addressed in a different thread, the only difference is that your connection is installed and not receiving promised service and in the reference thread, the connection was not installed. We kindly request you to please review that thread for the information you’re looking for, as the refund process will be same.
