Dear Jio Support Team,

I am writing to request a refund for a wrong payment made today.

By mistake, I recharged the JioFiber account (8286302314). Upon realizing the error, I immediately performed a second, correct recharge for my actual Mobile number (8169504220).

Because I have now paid for the correct service separately, I request a refund of the initial accidental payment made to the Fiber account.

I have attached receipts for both transactions to prove that the first was an error and the second was the intended recharge.

Please process the refund to the original payment source at the earliest.

However, we currently do not have any provision to refund any incorrect payment.



I would request you to download and use MyJio app next time and ensure that you select the correct plan while payment.



To make a payment for your Postpaid bill, please follow the steps outlined below:



1. Open the MyJio app and select HOME

2. Choose the correct Fiber account by clicking on Switch account

3. Tap on Pay Bill

4. Click Pay at the bottom of the screen

5. Select your preferred payment method and follow the instructions for the chosen payment mode
